Essential nature

The state of being that fuels your passion and gives you an abiding sense of purpose. (p. 70)

Expectations

What you think ought to happen as a result of what you do, say, or plan. (p. 160)

Fear

The cause and effect of the feelings, thoughts, or actions that prohibit you from accepting yourself and realizing your full potential. (p. 21)

Intention

Living purposefully; living in the present, actively choosing the future while being aware that in each moment your state of mind is up to you. (p. 161)

Intentions

Your approach to life based on your essential nature and your wholeness. (p. 160)

Proactive behavior

Things that allow you to get in touch with your essential nature. (p. 71)

Self-affirming behavior

Making a contribution to yourself and to the world without judging yourself or fearing the judgment of others. (p. 72)

Wholeness

Your essential nature brought to its highest and most expansive level. (p. 71)
