Bases with same orientation

Let ${}V$ denote a real finite-dimensional vector space. Two bases ${}v_{1},\ldots ,v_{n}$ and ${}w_{1},\ldots ,w_{n}$ are said to have the same orientation if the determinant of their transformation matrix is positive.
