How to propose a new e-laboratory

Create a Wikiversity account, or Login with your existing user[edit | edit source]

To create a new Wikiversity user, choose "Create account" in the top right of your browser window, then choose the green button "Join Wikiversity", and finally fill the form.

To login with your user, choose "Log in" in the top right of your browser window.

Create a Wikiversity page for your proposal[edit | edit source]

As a name convention we consider that the name of a e-Laboratory always follows the format "e-Laboratory on ...".

Consider that you want to submit a proposal for creating the new "e-Laboratory on XXX" (replace XXX by the name of your new e-laboratory).

For creating a new wiki page for your proposal, open the following address in your browser:

Your browser should open the window:

Now go to the pink line "No portal is available for this topic yet. (create|search|links)" and click on "create".

Your browser should open the window:

You are ready to edit your proposal in the text field.

Edit your proposal[edit | edit source]

(a) Copy the text available here and paste it to the text field.

(b) Complete your challenge and follow the instructions.

Register your proposal and wait for the CS-DC decision[edit | edit source]

Copy the address of the wiki page that registered your proposal (it should be something like "https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Portal:Complex_Systems_Digital_Campus/E-Laboratory_on_XXX"), and send this address, by e-mail, to Carlos Gershenson - cgg(at)unam.mx
