IMHA Research Archives/Procedures for collecting and storage of materials from conferences, seminars and meetings

  1. The organisers are kindly asked to store the abstracts and power points on a laptop and later hand over a USB to the IMHAR responsible persons
  2. The organisers are kindly asked to store the presentations on the Symposium homepage and then IMHAR will make a link to the pages
  3. The authors are kindly asked to allow for publishing their work under CC Creative Commons by use the CC logo on the first page
  4. The ppts are converted to PDF files to minimize the size for storing - the organisers are welcome to prepare the PDFs
  5. IMHAR wants to include a list of the keywords for each presentation with reference to the Abstract and the PPT
  6. The Book of Abstracts, might then be digital with only the program in paper form
  7. The materials are stored in Dropbox, Google docs and other file hosting services
  8. We will add to the pages, that everyone who wishes to withdraw their materials from the Wikiversity pages, this will be done by the editors of the pages.
