General Information
Namibia, officially the Republic of Namibia, is a country in Southern Africa. Its borders include the Atlantic Ocean to the west, Angola and Zambia to the north, Botswana to the east and South Africa to the south; in the northeast, Zimbabwe lies less than 200 metres away along the Zambezi River near Kazungula, Zambia. English is Namibia's sole official language, though only 2.3% of the population speaks it as a home language. Oshiwambo remains the predominant language; KhoeKhoegowab follows, while the Kavango Languages, have a share of 10.4% speakers.
