This request has no legal standing or sanction from the WMF, but if anybody attempts to use any of these signs without permission, I (Guy vandegrift) will attempt to establish the need to allow these guilds to exist.

Membership in this guild should not be easy to achieve. Only Wikiversity Journals that meet certain standards will be allowed to post this guild sign. While no trademark status holds, it should be understood that displaying this guild sign is also making a statement to the effect that an endorsement by the v:Wikiversity Journal guild has been made.
