Noldoaran, the creator of the globe, grants a second license (in addition to the GNU FDL) to use his property for the express purpose of creating this proposed logo. The second license to use Image:Globe.png for this logo comes directly from the owner is therefore not a derivative of the GNU FDL. Image:Globe.png may be used according to the GNU FDL, but this logo is exclusively the property of WikiMedia.
