Description

Permutation matrix of the Walsh permutation wp(1,2,7)

1,2,7 is (Sloane'sA001317(1,2,3)-1)/2.

The elements of this permutation are the even elements of wp(1,3,5,15) divided by 2.

It is self-inverse, so the matrix is symmetric. Above that the matrix is also symmetric to the antidiagonal.
