English: NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, Fla. (April 22, 2009) Partner nation sailors from the Marinha do Brasil ship BNS Constituicao (F42) compete in a tug-o-war competition during a two-day UNITAS Gold sports challenge event. Naval units from the U.S. are joined by maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Germany, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay for the 50th iteration of the longest running multinational maritime exercise in the world. The forces are participating in several realistic tactical training scenarios off the coast of Florida April 20-May 5.
