1. the presenter/ artist/ teacher2. the manager/ organizer3. the staff/ worker4. the audience/ student presenter must: present/ teach manager must: direct what goes where/ set-up workers must: set-up chairs/ tables/ documentation audience must: watch/ learn/ behave we keep changing roles: thru instigations : worker asks for help, manager asks for suggestions, lecturer asks questions, audience is silent.

the first real thing for this performance was setting up this room space where everyone sits and who sits where�Ebut since the room was set-up, we could re-arrange it.. move the chairs about What would it be like if you were to sit back there if u were the audience and for someone to give a lecure over here�E I�m just gonna stick this up �EI don�tknow if I should really stick it up, I will why can�t�E cos I�m the manager/teacher for now.. but you�re free to come and move it if u want and that�s my name, dunno if u can't see it u might have to move to see it but for those who can see it, its Asim and I wasthinking of getting everyone, trying to ask everyone to write their name on the piece of paper and maybe photocopy it later and hand it out to u later on or video it, we were thinking of videoing it and showing it on the t.v. �Esending people the documenation afterwards and that was an idea to keep it open forum.
