Na posteru je dana jednadzba razvitka, gdje se varijanca profitabilnosti objasnjava moralnim, intelektualnim, socijalnim, fizickim i financijskim kapitalom, te okruzenjem. Na grafu profita sugerira se kopernikanski prevrat ulaganjem u ljude i tek tada u fizicki kapital. Sada proces ide obrnuto. Na grafu ABCD se sugerira bolje samoorganiziranje, jer dok je c>b narod je u d, a ako b>c narod ce doci u a. Na drvetu (zivota) razvitka polazi se od 6 korijenja (prema knjizi Metodologija..), 5 kriterija, kroz permanentno obrazovanje i timski rad u 4 vrste razvitka. Ukazuje se na Boga kao top down i znanost - bottom up pristup, a to je moguce povezati autopoieticnim pristupom, gdje se svaki element povezuje sa drugima podizanjem motivacijskih(Plutchik, Maslow itd), kognitivnih (Piaget itd), socijalnih (G. Homans, P. Berger,itd.), tehnickih (Shingo itd.) procesa ka optimalnim alokacijama u ljudske i fizicke resurse i regulirano kroz autopoietcno pravo (N. Luhmann itd.)
