Description: schematic diagram of the Coombs (or antiglobulin) test, showing what is performed and the micro- and macroscopic changes that occur. With a - direct or indirect - negative test result (not shown), agglutination will not occur and the tube will look exactly like it was in the previous step.

  • Misc. info: I already had drawn the direct Coombs test for a powerpoint presentation. Only had to draw the indirect test and put it all in a schematic that makes sense to everyone else.
