Description
English: I felt very sorry to point this traffic problem lasting for long time confusing people's minds in my hometown Dalian - in North part of China, just because that it has been troubling commons' daily life, giving dangers to our travelling safety and damaging our happiness very much. You can see, this routine should have been designed and left for passengers' daily walk up and down, especially when issues of emergency happened. It can be seen as emergency exit for life. However, there are two seats for vehicle setting there, behind which I really don't know what benefits have been arranged for what kind of people that they dare to park their cars in this public emergency exit without making the careful considerations of people's life. They are so many vehicles parking everywhere around this area - Some are directly parked on the walk routines, some are directly parked in the bicycle routines, and some are directly parked on the door of every commercial store. To be honest, it's no matter, if commons' daily life hasn't been influenced. Please leave one routine for walk people. If two mouths have been blocked, how could commons follow the principles of public transportation, if they really want to; and, where should they go, if they really don't want to come into vehicle routine and face dangers (There is a more dangerous steep slope set on one side) ? We have mentioned plenty times that commons people need to follow the public traffic principles, but how? We have also mentioned so many times that public transportation is one important field the modern civilization need to be set there. However, the civilization needs all people to follow, to better, rather than excepting some individuals out. Indeed, if having not bear it for long time, I really don't want to mention this shame. Really wishing in the Chinese New Year - Rooster, this situation in my hometown can be better, including more people, educating them to awake and share the common civilization.

Eighth version - Current situation: It's a regular photography portfolio to show current situation. As I have mentioned before: mostly, the situation inside had been modified and bettered by residential-separating management and the emergency pathway had been unblocked through. However, in this time, I wondered to know two things outside: 1. In two right pictures, when walking people need to get out of the residential area on the sidewalk, how could we go to the other side of the normal road on the (faded) zebra crossing? 2. On the top of the 45 degree angle corner in left, beside the blue & castle-liked building, how could walking people search out a sidewalk on the right side of the normal road's surface for climbing the slope up (from Blue Castle Community (蓝堡社区) to Sea-mountain Joyfulness Residential(海悦山居民区) in Island of Hekou Bay (河口湾的小平岛)) to the residential area, without getting into vehicle-area and into some troubles with those cars ? That's a confusion that daily, weekly, yearly... my little brain need to think about... Hopefully, education and some clever people could give me some answers...

Seventh Version - a hope: 'It's around half past nine in Beijing Time. We can feel the maintained and sustainable situation here. After Vehicle Pathways' building (you can see 4 pathways with two for residents' vehicles and two for temporary vehicles), Safety Barriers' setting and the Residential Separated Area's founding for walking people, inside, Emergency Exit Pathway and its area have been enlarged, without too many possible dangerous conflicts between walking people and vehicles. Meanwhile, vehicles' parking has been limited in the spaces beside roads, in which walking people weren't usually get. It's almost better in a processing management. I thought it's a possible hope to solve some problems.' (Comment of this Version in Wikimedia Commons; December, 1st,2017)

Sixth version - a near-closed result: Modified situation can be seen in one busy morning, since last boundaries between residential areas and transport-road have been divided out. In this picture, we can see entrance of residential area and cars-roads have been yellow-coloured out for residents' cars and their parking; meanwhile, a door with vehicles-management house have been built up, which gave the convince to branch the pressure of cars and left much space for pedestrians' passing-by. It can also get away some of emergency-road for residents here, once dangerous situation will occur. But, sometimes, outside cars were still parking zebra road which gave some dangers to pedestrians. No mater how, situations were bettered, which gave people the hope.

Fifth version - there was a possible solution, which can be seen as a temporary break of this case. About its description, relative comments and suggestions, I have put below: It's the fifth version of this field-investigational file named 'Bad traffic management'. Its setting belongs to Educational purpose. During this period, we can really participant-observe some frequent occurrences of good changes in this residential area from every day's passing-by, in our commons' eyes. Indeed, two photographs on the right-top corner of this portfolio were made in the very busy time of a day - around AM 8.00 to 9.00. We can see: even though, the emergency exit was still kept open for local residents' passing-through. Though sometimes, some cars still lost their self-disciplines of civilization by parking inside this life channel (we can see the left photograph); the main tendency was turned to be good, which gave people hopes. I still wanted to point out: it needed people's self-civilization on two sides.

What approach did 'residents servicer' use? I think the photograph on the right-bottom can give us some enlightenments. You see, setting two simple mental railings on one mouth (If setting four railings on both mouths, it would be better, I think...), in which case cars cannot park on emergency mouths and it reminded people this channel is for people's walking - children, young teenagers, aging people and self-disciplinary adults..., would better the situation.

It's said that summer '2017 World Economic Forum' held in Dalian had contributed to the cultivation of good traffic manners and the modification of traffic management. (Wikipedia introduction:[1]) Yes, it represented the power of globalization to open people's eyes to see the world and educate us to follow basic principles of civilized modem life. But we are hopping the real internalization of civilization will wake up people's potential willing for living in an civilized environment with the sustainability. It's also for our next generations...

It's a long-term endeavour of everyone. Now, we can close Jason's 'eyes' here, and give some encouragements and trusts to local practices. But, another 'Mountain series' problems came into volunteering observer Jason's minds, which were in another story that I (Jason) will put a link to this series.
