Description
English: Back-scattered electron images of tissintite occurs in maskelynite adjacent to shock-melt veins. Most of them grow on the mineral fragments in the maskelynite. Tro: troilite; Tst: tissintite; Msk: maskelynite; opx: orthopyroxene; aug: augite. The image is published in an open access article distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).
