The respective matrix of the Sloane'sA182176(3) = 51 3-ary functions related to the Sloane'sA006116(3) = 16 sona of size 2^3 is the top left 16x16 submatrix, etc.

The next submatrices have the sizes 4x4, 2x2 and 1x2.
