I created a page in mainspace called Leutha, and then moved it to your user space. It is a top page to some resources you posted several years ago. What Dave Braunschweig calls "the community" is too small to quickly reach a consensus because there is often a long delay before even two people enter a discussion. As a part-time cleanup Custodian I find myself just trying to keep people happy in a community that is largely silent. The pages under Leutha have been nominated for speedy deletion. - I've moved the pages back. Moving them from user space to user space as a subpage doesn't appear to add any value. It just makes the content harder for everyone to find.
- We have not policed user space in the past, and selecting a former custodian as an early target isn't an appropriate use of our time. If we are going to start deciding what user content has value, and to whom, this needs full community discussion and support. Otherwise, I'd recommend focusing on all of the crap main space pages and subpages, which are subject to Google searches, and leave user space for later, once clear guidelines have been established.
