WBC 1.1: The user can keep clicking at the same spot near the upper-right corner of the screen to go from one to another page.     WBC 1.2: While going from one to another page, the navigation bar must be at the top of the screen and neither the Wikiversity header nor the Wikiversity footer is visible.     WBC 1.3: The navigation bar must have links to the home page of the learning resource and, where it makes sense, links to the prior page, the next page and the list of topics.     WBC 1.4:The user can always delete the last portion of the URL starting with the last slash (/) and make up a valid, unbroken URL.     WBC 1.5:The menu, What to do, must be available at the entrance of a building, and wherever else possible.
