In terms of content, I see no problems with this, and DarkLama is generally an articulate and intelligent policy writer. However new policies usually need to respond to a real and immediate problem/threat/issue - see w:Wikipedia:Don't stuff beans up your nose (one of my favourites). Perhaps you could add a few words on the talk page about current need for this? --McCormack 05:58, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

I was provoked to write this after reading this comment from StuRat. I think that people are predisposed to making assumptions about people's ability, and I wanted to address this somewhere on Wikiversity. I don't intend on this becoming some sort of binding policy - but rather have things in the open, which I hadn't seen previously.
