[edit] Hunting the Snark
I have a project proposal, as the Snark gave me some surprises more than 130 years after his birth (Carroll got the idea in 1874). The Wikiversity would be appropriate for such a project, as I found most sources in the WP and in the internet. Topic: Henry Holiday's illustrations to the Lewis Carroll's The Hunting of the Snark. As a result a "A document showing possible sources of Holiday's ideas" has been generated, which could be used as a learning tool for arts education: Henry Holiday's illustrations are compared with etchings, engravings and paintings made by earlier artists. --Snark 09:04, 17 August 2009 (UTC)
