Philosophy [edit]
Hi Liftyrfists, and can I also welcome you to Wikiversity? I saw your comment on the Philosophy message board, and felt a note here was warranted. I've left a comment on that page - also with some links that you might find useful/interesting (or not). I'll be checking that page - but you can also let me know on my talk page what your thoughts are on Wikiversity and what you want to do here. I'd love to know.. Cheers! - Hi again. :-) That's quite a book you've started on (Tractatus) - I've only flicked through it before and felt dizzy! In any case, you might be interested in Wittgenstein - Language Games - a newly-created page by another of the philosophy school, Markc. On your question - I definitely think that it's a worthwhile exercise to have a page (or set of pages) devoted to learning about particularly interesting books - I've been thinking recently about an initiative for doing book reviews that the reviewer and subsequent readers could benefit from. Please feel free to set up this page Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus - which could then have subpages like Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus/Review by Liftyrfists etc.. I'll try and give a hand, so please let me know where the relevant pages you're working on are so I can add them to my watchlist. Cheers. Cormaggio beep 11:21, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
