Hello and welcome to Wikiversity!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- You can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.
- Remember to conduct any editing experiments in the sandbox.
- Check out our help page if you need additional editing help.
You will find more resources at the Community Portal. If you want to ask a question, visit the Study help desk, the Colloquium, IRC channel or ask me personally on my talk page.
Good luck! - Trevor MacInnis 00:09, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks [edit]
Thanks for clearing up the recent vandalism - I've just blocked that user now. Cormaggio 07:48, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for your imported page help [edit]
Thanks for your help at Help with the migration of Wikiversity pages from Wikibooks. I am trying to work through the list of schools first before I do many subpages for the schools. --JWSchmidt 14:44, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for seeing that missed talk page. Newly imported: Topic talk:School of Literature and English Studies/Engl 3800 from b:Talk:Wikiversity:School of Literature and English Studies/Engl 3800 <-- please mark as imported to Wikiversity. --JWSchmidt 14:58, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
Invitation [edit]
Dear user of Wikiversity,
Do you like to join a reading club, where you can read and discuss literature? Reading clubs could have active and inactive participants. Active participants could be required to edit on a regularly basis untill a deadline is reached and another topic can be chosen for reading and discussing. Hopefully, reading clubs can ensure a social network on Wikiversity of people cooperating with eachother and becoming friends while discussing knowledge.--Daanschr 09:18, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
