Judicial Politics in Australian Rugby League is a topic that is rarely discussed in the open, however it is something that is prevalent behind the scenes in rugby league. The final decisions on cases put before the judiciary are public knowledge, but how are these decisions made? This essay will discuss the finer points of the judicial system in Australian Rugby League.
