The Author

Hello! This is Nicholas Turnbull (also known as w:User:NicholasTurnbull (sysop), wikinews:User:NicholasTurnbull, commons:User:NicholasTurnbull) who has now arrived here to decant his academic interests into something that should (hopefully) be useful for others. My fields are multitudinous, varied and diverse:

  • Cognitive science
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Neuroscience
  • Psychology
  • Mortuary science and embalming
  • Philosophy
  • Musicology
  • Buddhism
  • LGBT rights

Although I have been on the English Wikipedia since 2004, I'm having some difficulty finding my feet here, and I hope my Wikiversity colleagues will be kind enough as to bear with me while I adapt to this new environment. I hope to become a regular contributor here!
