I started doing vocal percussion in college when I was involved with the a capella group and we needed fewer altos but more mouth drummers. All the other vocal percussionists were male, so some of their techniques (vocalizing toms and bass kicks) didn't work as well for me; I'd like to learn how others do them to improve my mouth drumming facilities. Resources below. I'm also considering vocal percussion for a summer '08 passionate pursuit.
