- Open Education came into the United States around 1960's. The US went over to Great Britian and observed some of their Education ideas. Even though we already had some of the ideas, they helped us immensely.
- There's three dimensions to the open education plan in Germany. (Sustantive Dimension, Methodological Dimension, and Organizational Dimension) They all represent different types of learning and personal organization methods.
