Hi There!
Well, my name is James C Oickle. I guess I could be considered an IT professional, but really, I think of myself as more of a Process Professional. When it comes right down to it, every task an organization undertakes is made up of smaller and smaller tasks. When you get to a high enough level of granularity, everything starts to look the same. It is at this point where the field of Business Process Management and Automation realizes its full potential. These smaller tasks can often be formalized into Standard Operating Procedure in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and in most cases be automated to reduce delays.
I started writing a book and training course on this subject matter earlier this year. It was an extension to a thesis topic I had presented when I was considering completing my Masters. (Un)Fortunately a really good job opportunity came along, and I put the idea of finishing my Masters on the back burner for awhile.

Anyways, I really look forward to working with you guys on this project. I think alot of good could be accomplished for a lot of people if this is done right. It is just a matter of doing it right at this point.
