About Geoffrey

Geoffrey Plourde is a user who serves as an instructor for the Department of American History. At this point in time, he is the Department Liaison to the School of History. This may change as time goes on, and more people show up. Currently, he is teaching a survey course of US History. As part of this course, students will be designing a free Advanced US History textbook called United We Stand. This textbook will be available to everyone free of charge through Wikibooks. He is also developing a Social Contract course, which will experiment with Google Knol. A journal shall be kept of progress, allowing others to learn about the steps necessary to create a social contract.
