I've updated the Blog howto and added to a couple pages, last night on irc Poningru was keen to get something happening with the Linux Desktop topic so hopefully we can get some activity happening. I think we need to get people to update their userpages and tell us what their learning goals are and generally encourage participation rather then focus on filling up the pages. One of the problems is that most Universities have policies that restrict their students from sharing their research and they're not allowed to collaborate. Their research has to be original and has to be their own. I think this is a horrible problem but thankfully we have some brilliant scientists that have no problem with that.Chrismo 02:40, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Blogging on Wikiversity

Well I'm muddling through setting up my blog on Wikiversity. I haven't contributed anything in a while, I've been trying to learn to improve my writing skills and found a lot of really useful information on Wikiversity and Wikibooks, perhaps I should start trying to write stories and/or poetry and find someone willing to help assess my ability every now and again.Chrismo 23:36, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
