What is it? [edit]

Creativity is a subjective experience, which is both process and product orientated. It is usually seen as a person’s capacity to produce an idea, product, insight or artistic substance which are evaluated by experts as being of high scientific, aesthetic, social or technical value. However, there is no universal agreement on creativity and the term involves many factors and exisits across many disciplines, domains or fields.

According to Csikszentmihalyi[1] creativity is a social construct and is an interaction among a domain, a person and a field.
