Hey!! My name is Ashley Novak. I am in my 5th year of college, but it's only my second year here at Charlotte. I switched majors after 3 years so now I am doing elementary education. I eventually want to get a masters in special education. I love to travel and have been to many places. Some being: Spain, Austrailia, New Zealand, Greece, Italy, France, I think Germany and many others! I think traveling is one of the best things you can do in life to become a more cultured and well-rounded individual! I am looking forward to this project!

WHAT I KNOW	WHAT I WANT TO KNOW	WHAT I LEARNED
I know the requirments for the visual and performing arts concentration in Elementary education and how it works in the states.	I think it would be interesting to know the requirements for visual and performing arts and how it plays out in the elementary education programs in Germany and Bulgaria.	I learned that Buligaria and the USA take about the same amount of time to get through the education program. Germany has exams that you take at the beging and end like the USA and also Bulgaria wants to have concentrations like the USA.
