I created this page. There isn't much on the other one just a general sentence or to. Not much use to the project anyway. I don't think much merging is necessary, just the deletion of the Pediatrics page. I think I'm the only one active in this project at the minute anyway but all views are obviously welcome. Deletion seem to be copyright violation : Somebody create a page, you create a similar content page whit a another name. You want to delete the somebody's page because it's a stub and have a little content compare as you, but it's a contribution. So to respect the GFDL these page need to be merge. The merge principe is to fusion the history list, and make a page a redirection to the another. The merge allow to respect the GFDL licence, and make that more one page (page with different name [plurial, different writting, ...] ) to go to one (with the redirection). It's better for allbody, if all possible contribution are gather in the minimum page (if it's speaking about the same thing, of course).Crochet.david 07:51, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

I understand. I support a merge to this page as the title is more accurate. I always appreciate advice and education regarding policies, thank you for explaining it to me.
