[edit] Let's not duplicate existing resources
I think we should make a list of biochemistry learning resources that already exist online.
- Biochemistry - online textbook
- Wikibook

-- I agree fully with you. As you can see, I'm currently trying to link topics here to online pages, mostly Wikipedia (as scattered online resources) for the moment being, while at the same time trying to complete the topic list that serves as a guiding line to organize resources.
About Stryer (your first link); not all can be read online, but we can read the summaries and search the book; you will find that full biochemistry books online might be very hard to catch. Stryer's link might be moved into the "Books" section. The Biochemistry Wikibook is already there.

I added Stryer's online book to Books. HolyZarkon 13:24, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

- I disagree completely with this sentiment. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia aimed at providing free knowledge to everyone. Pages there are written in a way that anyone can understand, no matter what level they are at or what knowledge they may have. Wikiversity offers the possibility to study the same subjects at different levels and different subjects at the same level. I think there should a lot of wikiversity pages in this department offering lessons and learning resources with the aim of providing a learning pathway for biochemistry students in the real world or wikiversity biochemistry students. The department should also cooperate with other departments, such as medicine and biology. Please discuss. Donek (talk) - Go raibh mile maith agaibh 00:11, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
