Welcome to the Sesotho Language Division of the Schools of Language and Literature and Linguistics.
In this language division the focus is on the African language Sesotho (also known as Southern Sotho). Ultimately resources on the language will be posted here.
There are two main varieties of Sesotho - one spoken mainly in the Republic of South Africa and the other spoken in the Kingdom of Lesotho.
