Topic:GUI
From Wikiversity
The Graphical User Interface (GUI) is generally understood as the primary way to facilitate interaction with a computer and computer-controlled devices. GUIs employ graphical icons, visual indicators or special graphical elements sometimes called "widgets", along with text labels or text navigation to represent the information and actions available to a user. The actions are usually performed through direct manipulation of the graphical elements. Many different methods and platforms for GUIs have been developed. The Wikiversity:content development group is for gathering learning resources that concern graphical user interfaces
