Stéphane Schmutz is a theorician molecular biologist,who introduced into the lymphocyte cell the membrane receptor for the HIV. This by the means of the lentiviral vectors. By doing this he achieved a new emerging theoretical revolution on the DNA. After twenty years of intensiv thinkings Stéphane Schmutz postulates that a biological virus like the HIV could be infected by an informatic virus. Therefore he constructed a model to show this achievement. The genetic diapause of the gene postulates that a gene can go through transcription and translation and find nevertheless a phase of silence. That makes evidence for the invisible DNA. The invisible DNA is a theoretical relativist DNA, that follows the DNA from Watson and Crick. Stéphane Schmutz demonstated with his model, that in 1953 the scientists discovered in reality two DNAs. In order to understand fully the genetic diapause and the concept of the invisible DNA we must understand the genetic molecular loop, that is created with the membrane receptors CD4+ and CD8+within the cell. It is like a molecular shield. The aim is to induce the replication of the virus inside the lymphocyte and so to prevent that the virus escape the cell. So we silence or better to say we make invisible the genes for the lytic mode of the virus. Now the virus is acting between the receptors and the genome inside a loop of replication. So the infection is directed to the DNA and not to other lymphocytes. The invisible DNA is acting and special sequences of the Watson and Crick DNA are becoming uncoding. We realise the genetic diapause of the gene. The genetic diapause is so a great principle that make the bridge between the DNA from Watson and Crick and the invisible DNA. It could be something complicated to understand and also dificult to achieve for the HIV, but what is so called the secret of the secret of life can be well study with the Lambda phage. In this case the aim is to obtain Lambda particules that realise continuously replication circles in E. Coli. Another way to consider the theory is that the fact to introduce the equivalence of the genetic diapause=E=MC2 produce the echo of the molecule of DNA in the cell.
