As it has been noted in the news various universities across the world are attempting to design a better Internet. Wikiversity should perhaps also enter into such an endeavor, tapping the collective and collaborative power of wikis. Security, overhead, speed, and ... should all be taken into consideration when considering how to improve upon the current Internet.
