- PAGENAME should be the name of the page where the copyright violation has occured. It will be used in links, so it should be the full page title.
- SOURCEURL should be the full URL of the source from which the content was taken. It will be used in an external link, so it should be the full URL, including "http://".

This template automatically creates a section heading that is a link to the name of the page that might be a copyright violation. Remember to sign if you use this template on someone's user talk page.
