Hello, my name is Gabriel Spiro and A) I would like to enroll in this class and B) why are you calling this a class The Creation of an Empire? I personally wouldn't agree that America is an Empire and only at one point, Spanish American War, did people think that America was becoming an empire. America has been more of an isolationist nation in my studies. After America had expanded to it's limits (the oceans)it started to remove itself from the world's stage and it wasn't until we were attacked that we finally joined the World Wars.
