Don't edit any Wikimedia project whatsoever for a period no shorter than 30 minutes. That's right, just don't edit. You could turn off the computer altogether and step outside, or just do some valuable reading. This is a great skill to utilize when your wikistress is getting out of hand. In a heated conflict, just walk away. That's right, no witty comebacks, no parting comments, nothing. Go and do something else for a while, you'll be able to come back with a refreshed mindset and be able to realize what a tool you would have been had you not taken that invaluable break. There, you've just completed the easiest exercise in the whole school :-).
