Rhetoric (from the Greek ῥήτωρ: rhêtôr: orator, teacher) is described in Wikipedia as being generally understood to be the art or technique of Persuasion through the use of spoken and written language; this definition of rhetoric, however, has been contested since the emergence of rhetoric as a field of study.

The School of RPS is very much under construction. RPS welcomes all and any with a knowledge of or an interest in any aspect of Rhetoric and Public Speaking to participate in the development of the School. Feel free to add your name below if you would like to help, and start developing. Also, please add your ideas, questions, and your proposals to the Talk Page.
