Rhetoric (from the Greek ῥήτωρ: rhêtôr: orator, teacher) is described in Wikipedia as being generally understood to be the art or technique of Persuasion through the use of spoken and written language; this definition of rhetoric, however, has been contested since the emergence of rhetoric as a field of study.
The School of RPS is very much under construction. RPS welcomes all and any with a knowledge of or an interest in any aspect of Rhetoric and Public Speaking to participate in the development of the School. RPS is one of the Wikiversity Schools, contemplating becoming a large organizational structure containing various Divisions and Departments, the first of which are listed below.
