The School of Culinary Arts focuses on the artistic preparation of food (meats, fish, cheeses, salads, and desserts) and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and spirits), and the ability to present these in an attractive manner. Hospitality Management is closely related to the field of Culinary arts; please see the School of Hospitality Management.
