This set of learning projects is focused on skills involved in operationalising, developing, and testing tools designed to measure fuzzy psychological constructs, such as attitudes, self-esteem, personality, and intelligence.

An expert in this area is called a psychometrician. Psychometricians, in general, are in high demand job-wise.
