Fixe is a Portuguese expression that roughly parallels the English use of the word cool, as in "Aren't the spice girls cool?", or "man the beach is cool when the weather is so nice and warm". You may also use the term Peixe, literally fish, as coined by Tom Greer. People will probably not get it though, and then when you explain the meaning they won't think you are so fixe, so it is advised to use the regular term amongst most individuals.
