Pressure is defined as force per unit area. Pascal, PSI, bar, atmosphere, kg/square centimeter, etc are the units used for measuring pressure. Pressure is also expressed in mm/cm of Hg or water. 760mm of Hg equals 1 atmosphere, 1 bar, 100000 Pascals, 1 kg/sq. cm or 14.7 PSI(pounds per square inch.
