Files without proper information about their source and license permission will be deleted.

The Upload Wizard at Wikimedia Commons is the best and easiest way to upload and share your images and other types of media for use at Wikiversity and at all other Wikimedia Projects! They also have better tools and excellent volunteers to help solve your copyright related needs. You can also search Commons for media, perhaps someone has already created what you want. You can read Commons:Licensing to learn what Commons accepts.

You can upload your learning resources to Wikiversity instead if you prefer or when the work falls under the "fair use" doctrine. We require media clearly state the author, copyright, source, and license information. After a grace period, media without the necessary information may be deleted. If this happens to you, you may request undeletion once you have obtained the necessary information. Please read Wikiversity:Uploading files to learn more about what Wikiversity accepts.

To use any uploaded file, simply type [[File:My_File_Name.jpg]] in your learning resource. See Help:Media to learn more about how to include media in learning resources.

Permission by the copyright holder is needed first, before works copied from the Internet and printed sources can be used under a free and open license. If you are ready to upload now, please fill out {{information}} in the "Summary" field below to include this required information (for details see Wikiversity:Uploading files).

To repeat: Files without proper information about their source and license permission will be deleted.
