Description

LDU decomposition of the Walsh matrix of order 16

Positive numbers are green, the zero white, negatives red.

The ones in the lower and upper triangular matrices form Sierpinski triangles.

The entries of the diagonal matrix are values from Gould's sequence (Sloane's A001316),

with the minus signs distributed like the ones in Thue–Morse sequence (Sloane's A01006).
