- Multiply ones column from right to left
- When multiplying tens, put a 0 in the ones column answer on second row
- Multiply tens column from right to left
- Add
Example:
- 21x12
- 21x2 = 42
- 21x1 = 12 , put 0 in the ons column ---> 120
- 42+120 = 162
