Here pages are listed, which were e.g. spammed in the past. When they got deleted they were created again. So they are put now on protected state with cascading, the content deleted and marked with this category.

Reason is this: then the spammer can not create it again, because probably he uses a tool. In the future, the articles will get deleted perhaps. It is just that we do save the time now instead waiting the spammer to do the same action again.
